Meet Emily Carletello

I'm Emily, a Nashville native, born and raised, and real estate has always been my family business. My dad has been a Nashville realtor for over 26 years, and some of my earliest memories are tagging along to showings and open houses, watching him build relationships, to me and my sister helping him at his flip properties. This gave me the front-row seat to how this city has grown and changed is something I carry into every client relationship today.

What I love most is walking alongside people through one of life's biggest transitions: the hunt for a home that actually fits your life, or the confidence of closing one chapter and stepping into the next. Buying or selling, I'm with you every step of the way, backed by deep local roots, sharp market instincts, and a genuine investment in getting it right for you.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me out on a trail with my puppy, Dolly, happily trailing (or dragging me) behind. Kingston Springs is one of our favorite spots. I also spend one evening a week mentoring youth at a local juvenile detention center, sitting with kids who just need someone steady in their corner. It's quietly become one of the most meaningful parts of my life.

I'd love the chance to help with your next move, buying, selling, or just talking through what's next.
