Another CMA Fest is in the books—and wow, what a week! Nashville was alive with music, sunshine, cowboy boots, and that unmistakable CMA energy that takes over the city every June.
If you were here, you felt it: the street performers, the rooftop shows, the impromptu singalongs on Broadway, and the magic of catching your favorite artist up close. CMA Fest isn’t just a festival—it’s a full-blown experience. And for many, it’s the moment they realize: I could live here.
As local realtors (and music-loving Nashvillians), CMA Fest is one of our favorite times of year. Yes, the headliners at Nissan Stadium were incredible—but it's the little things that make this week unforgettable:
Rooftop sets at golden hour with a cold drink and skyline views
Surprise performances in alleyways and on street corners
East Nashville house parties with acoustic jams and late-night hangs
The way the whole city seems to sing in harmony—literally and figuratively
These are the moments that turn a visit into something more. They’re the reason so many people leave thinking, “Should I move here?”
You’re not alone. Every year, we meet people who come for CMA Fest and leave seriously considering a change of address. It’s not just the music—it’s the lifestyle. The community. The energy. The way Nashville makes you feel at home, even if it’s your first time in town.
If this year’s festival left you thinking about what life in Nashville might look like beyond the stage lights, we’d love to help. Whether you’re dreaming of a downtown condo where you can walk to live music or a peaceful backyard retreat just outside the action, we can find the perfect place together.
CMA Fest may be over, but the spirit of it lives on in this city every day. And if you're still daydreaming about those warm summer nights and toe-tapping tunes, maybe it’s time to turn those dreams into a new address.
Let’s talk about what life in Nashville could look like for you—no wristband required.
